For a very long time my husband and I have been saving to buy him a boat. We have thought about all kinds of boats and what we would use them for. After the deployment this time he has been on the search for the perfect one. He had decided that he wanted a bass boat. He found the one he wanted on the internet at a boat store in Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals, Alabama. On our way home yesterday we stopped in at Shoals Outdoor Store to hopefully buy a boat. Jon knew which one he wanted and he knew what he wanted to pay. We went in and looked at the boat, talked to the guy, wrote a big fat check, and then we celebrated. I am so proud of him and for him. He has dreamed of this day. He was like a kid on Christmas morning all day. I love how happy this makes him.
Here are some pictures of his boat and some of all the fun toys Tyler liked as well. Boy, oh boy I certainly have a boy and he is going to like expensive toys just like his daddy.
